Ms. David received her M.S. in Marine Biology from the University of Berlin, Germany, in 1996. While participating in University ecology classes as a student tutor, she also taught marine invertebrate science and habitat classes in the Baltic Sea, North Sea, and Mediterranean. She joined SFEI in 1998, and her background in marine and freshwater ecology with focus on intensive human use of coastal waters and threatened ecosystems provides her the experience to contribute to and to lead SFEI watershed projects. Her research is directed toward studying contamination in storm-water runoff in agricultural and urban areas.
